RESERVATION PROCESS: All
reservations must be made in advance. Payment of the rental fee plus
the damage deposit must be made at the time of making the
reservation. No “holding” of the facility or tentative reservations
are allowed. Reservations must be made with one week notice to allow
adequate time to secure staff. Payment may be made with a check only
if being accepted two weeks or more prior to the rental. This will
allow sufficient time for the check to clear the bank. No exceptions
will be made to this.
CANCELLATION-BAD WEATHER:
In the event of in-climate weather and the renter is unable to
utilize the facility, the renter will be presented with the option
of cancelling and receiving a full refund or transferring the rental
to another available date. The decision to cancel will be made at
least two hour prior to start.
REFUNDS:
A $50 refundable deposit is required on all rentals. The deposit
will be refunded as long as the renter abides by all rules and
regulations. The refund process typically takes between 7-12 days
and is mailed directly to the renter.
RULES:
Renters are required to follow all of the established pool rules.
This includes, but not limited to; diving rules, proper swimsuit
attire. Renters may not bring their own food & alcoholic drinks,
Food and beverage services is available form the Resort. No glass
containers or bottles are allowed within the pool area. A signed
rules and regulations sheet must be on file prior to beginning the
function.
